At McCain, we are dedicated to delivering quality agricultural products while maintaining a strong commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Administrative Support professional to join our team at our Springs Plant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide core financial administrative support to Agriculture Vegetables and Finance functions.
• Render financial accounting transactions, ensuring the correctness and verification of invoices.
• Process invoices, capture payments, and manage document filing.
• Collect cash and perform administrative support services.
• Monitor and follow up on debtor accounts, and provide budget support services.
• Capture and allocate financial transactions, compile journals, and clear suspense accounts.
• Collaborate with budget holders to collect information, compare expenditures against budgets, and prepare budget proposals for Financial Manager approval.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in decision-making and effective communication (both verbal and written).
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and SAP ERP Systems.
• Ability to work accurately and timely with financial data.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Communicate effectively with farmers regarding payment queries.
• Team player, able to interact well with colleagues and management.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Diploma in Finance or a related qualification.
