Responsibilities

Research operational integrity and financial performance of existing and potential investments. Generate long and short investment recommendations supported by detailed financial modeling and research. Participate in equity capital market transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings. Perform ongoing monitoring of portfolio holdings. Requires domestic travel 3-5 times per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• 2 years of experience as Finance Analyst or related occupation
• Must possess demonstrated experience with: contribution of investment ideas towards a multibillion dollar beta-neutral equity portfolio, industry tradeshow due diligence, medical device penetration curve analysis, industry capacity utilization research, convertible bond investment, corporate valuation, and financial statement analysis.
