Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst - Deliver high-quality, precise, and well thought out work to drive our business forward!

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who not only enjoys analyzing large sets of data, but also focuses on future projections and strategy while keeping the "big picture" in mind. Our Finance Analysts provide accounting support for all areas of our business including financial analysis, vintage analysis, reporting, modeling, budgeting, forecasting ... and more. Your focus as a Finance Analyst:• Provide support to modeling processes including volumes, pro formas, and applicable software• Assist with monthly forecasts and annual budget processes • Prepare month-end and MIS reporting • Make projections on future company performance based off historical data and recent trends • Assist with forecasting processes for delinquencies, charge offs, recoveries, and allowance for loan loss • Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop strategic financial solutions • Effectively communicate methodologies, processes, and findings to a variety of audiences • Collaborate with team members to discuss trends and performance

Skills and experience needed to be successful in this role:• 4-year degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or another related field• Knowledgeable with the "ins-and-outs" of Excel

Other skills and experience that will catch our attention: • Experience in credit cards or the financial industry• Analytical software experience with Power BI, Python, SAS, SQL, R, etc.• Previous experience as a Finance Analyst or in analyzing data sets
