This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable in India.

This role offers an opportunity to manage and optimize accounts payable operations in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance within defined timelines. The position requires close collaboration with business teams to resolve queries, improve processes, and support reporting and analytics. You will contribute to process enhancements, adopt best practices, and participate in knowledge sharing across the team. This role emphasizes attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service. Accountabilities:

  • Process and record invoices accurately and within agreed timelines, adhering to service level agreements
  • Perform daily maintenance of accounts payable tasks, including general mailbox management and system reporting
  • Prepare, review, and maintain process documentation and backup reports, capturing exceptions as needed
  • Identify and resolve queries, data gaps, or missing information in a timely manner
  • Support user acceptance testing, investigations, and process enhancements for improved efficiency
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training of team members
  • Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or related roles in corporate or third-party service environments
    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage stress, adapt to change, and maintain attention to detail
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, persistence, and care in task execution
