The Role:
As a Finance Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to join our prestigious organization and embark on a Level 7 CIMA apprenticeship, depending on your qualifications and aspirations. You will be part of a structured program designed to provide you with exposure to various finance functions, including but not limited to:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Management Accounting
- Financial Reporting
- Taxation and Compliance
- Audit and Assurance
- Treasury and Cash Management
- Business Partnering
Through rotational placements, you will gain valuable experience in each of these areas, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of finance operations and their role in supporting business objectives.
Requirements:
To be considered for this apprenticeship opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance
- Level 2 Mathematics and English (equivalent to GCSE grade C or above)
- 4+ GCSE A-C grades or other comparable qualifications
- A-levels (or equivalent) in relevant subjects (such as Accounting, Business Studies, or Economics)
- Preferred - A relevant undergraduate degree (such as Accounting, Finance, or Business)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
