Finance Assistant (Temporary Contract)

We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a short term basis, providing temporary support within our finance team. The Finance Assistant will work across our three agencies, Octagon, Futures Sport & Entertainment, and No2ndPlace.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work across:

• Project accounting – job creation, invoicing, WIP reviews, cost reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Support in preparation of management and financial reports
• Other general administrative duties as required e.g. creating purchase orders, expense claims, systems administration

• Good interpersonal and customer-friendly skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Experience with cSAP will be beneficial
• Previous experience in finance system administration
