Finance Associate

Job Summary

The Finance Associate is responsible for performing financial reporting, analysis and commercial data support. A critical role to the business, this broad-ranging position is responsible for supporting the integrity of profitability, as well as financial planning and reporting. This position also exists to support the decision-making processes and to positively impact the financial results of the company. The position will support our ColorMatrix US/CA and Advanced Dispersions businesses.

Essential Functions

• Works as an effective business partner to provide assistance and guidance on financial related issues by preparing accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Interprets financial results and is able to communicate the key business drivers affecting the P&L. Supports the finance manager with detailed report analysis on major P&L categories.

• Creates Tableau dashboards to enable quick understanding of trends and drive efficiencies in disseminating information to key users

• Responsible for all aspects of customer rebate program for contracts that contain performance terms.

• Responsible for customer master data management

• Completes special projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned, and is able to be an effective team member on assigned LSS projects.

• Other duties/projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Bachelors in Finance or related field

• 1+ years of relevant work (internship experience applicable)

• Hyperion Financial Management

• SAP

• Data visualization software (Tableau)
