What We Are Looking For:

We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to join our team, working in our Hong Kong office. You will play a key role in day to day management of financial operations and strategies, supporting our growth in the dynamic blockchain and global cryptocurrency market. This role is essential as we continue to expand and optimise our financial processes.

You will work closely with the CFO and have direct contact with the founders of the firm. This means you will have significant influence and input on financial decisions and strategies, contributing directly to the success and growth of Auros.

What you’ll do

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision making.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Prepare variance analysis reports and identify trends.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for management and investors.

Operational Support

• Process invoices and payments.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and analysis.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
