Finance Associate, FP&A

Enova’s hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office T, W, and TH with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. 

Reports to: Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Enova is currently searching for a bright, energetic, and ambitious Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As a FP&A Associate you’ll be a skillful collaborator, thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment, who will be expected to partner across the organization at all levels on key strategic projects and analyses, driving business insights and executing on key deliverables for the company.

• Develop and analyze business unit economics and forecasted performance modeling through collaboration with key stakeholders
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Technology and Business Development teams to provide analytical and financial support 
• Facilitate strategic and tactical decision making through developing, preparing, analyzing, and drawing insights from periodic management, operational, and financial reporting 
• Seek to improve analytic and reporting approaches to drive greater understanding of business economics
• Motivated, results-oriented self-starter comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Ability to influence and communicate successfully, synthesizing complex ideas into actionable insights and conclusions, and delivering organized and impactful communications to business partners
• Mentor and lead other Finance team members
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and project management skills
• Develop and share deep market insights and high-impact analyses about relevant industry trends, new product opportunities, and potential market expansions to provide strategic and analytical support to prioritize key investments and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required from a top undergraduate program
• Motivated self-starter with advanced problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines, to follow through to completion and to present conclusions in an organized and thoughtful fashion
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Know your way around Excel
• Strong attention to detail

• 3-5 years in company finance, public accounting, investment banking, financial rotational program, or consulting
• Certification or progress toward CPA, CFA or MBA
• Exposure the lending industry
• Systems knowledge - ERP (Workday), CPM software (Microstrategy), and SQL
