The Design and Customer Experience (DCE) team is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for Chase's Consumer and Community Bank. We are a group of creative collaborators who are passionate about crafting experiences that have meaningful impact on the financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing of our customers.
Design Ops VP
The Design Ops VP will fill a crucial need in our growing Design Ops team by enabling operational consistency in primary work-enabling functions. The Design Ops VP will be afforded responsibilities aligning to specific strategic and tactical projects and can work across a broad range of business areas and initiatives. This role will drive work in DCE and PXT. The successful candidate for this position will have interaction across the group and involvement in projects that will directly impact our Design and Customer Experience team (DCE). And will collaborate and engage with Design Management & Operations (DMO) leads/employees and directly impact the efficiencies that can be gained for our operational functions.

Qualifications

 

 

  • Extensive experience in a fast-moving, constantly evolving business environment
  • Deep experience in complex, mission-critical program management roles that included strategy, staff, and budget responsibilities
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing, and communication skills with all levels of management and employees
  • Proven record of seamless execution of complex projects
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to judge situations accurately and quickly, grasping complexities, identifying key issues and applying sound judgment
  • Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable - including comfort dealing with ambiguity, and distilling to executable actions
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class experiences for all.
