This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, driving the evolution of planning systems and analytics capabilities across a global organization. You will define how financial data, systems, and automation tools are leveraged to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and insight generation. Acting as the business owner for FP&A platforms, you will shape the strategic roadmap for finance technology while ensuring robust governance and data integrity. The role combines technical expertise with strong financial acumen, enabling the delivery of predictive analytics and automation at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance leadership, to modernize planning processes. In this role, you will lead finance technology strategy, system governance, and data-driven transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Define and lead the strategic vision for finance systems, data governance, and automation across global finance operations
• Act as the business owner for FP&A platforms, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, validation, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee system governance processes such as change management, release cycles, and integration stability
• Drive the adoption of automation, predictive analytics, and AI to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making
• Manage metadata standards, hierarchies, and data integrity across planning and reporting systems
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, future-ready finance technology solutions
• Provide strategic advisory support to senior finance leadership on systems, analytics, and data strategy
• Lead and develop teams focused on FP&A data, systems, and technology capabilities

Requirements:

This role requires a strong combination of finance expertise, systems knowledge, and leadership capabilities in data and technology environments.

• Extensive experience in finance technology, FP&A systems, or enterprise data governance roles
• Strong expertise in enterprise planning systems, particularly Oracle EPM or similar platforms
• Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting cycles, and accounting processes
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and automation tools like ETL platforms or Alteryx
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, AI/ML applications, and finance automation strategies
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and manage complex system environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT and finance teams in a global organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Relevant certifications in finance systems, analytics, or project management are advantageous
