Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

Finance Business Partner I-T2 role helps to provide financial direction, guidance and challenge to the Supply Chain team on business decisions with financial impact. It may be needed to analyze complex business information and draw out key messages or gather assumptions for a business activity and financially model a scenario. It is also about being a thinking partner to co-pilots, challenging assumptions, identifying trends and provoking fresh thinking.

The Supply Chain Finance BP is responsible for leading and managing efficiencies through the supply finance team. This position is expected to lead some technical projects and improve our way of working on topics like costing, reporting and lead our Digital Agenda.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required, CPA or MBA preferred
• 4-7 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial control practices
• Advanced experience in Excel or other Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Power BI, preferred
• Knowledge of Alteryx is a must
• Minimum travel required

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Ensure accountability of the main workstreams under the responsibility from the CTI team. In other words.
• Enable the different teams to work together on an Agile (Scrum) way that allows them to have a better communication.
• Be a though partner to eliminate roadblocks and find new opportunities in supply operations.
• Support the EMT team with reporting and operational needs
• Own the periodic forecast process in the Supply Chain Finance team
