Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Leads quarterly review of Trade and D&E investments (QBR) in collaboration with Channel Finance Leads. This includes full process ownership, managing analytics and reporting, conducting reviews with each channel, providing insights and key messages for aggregate outlook.
• Leads trade forecasting, including scenarios modelling, defining key assumptions, evaluating risks & opportunities. Partner with SRM to create Annual Trade plan.
• Supports Channel Finance Leads in quarterly Channel/Account performance reviews by providing streamlined, insightful reporting and leveraging digital tools
• Transforms trade spend analytics including step change in quality of data (account, brand, check book, promotion, periodic phasing) as well as develop suite of tools to enable insights and value creation
• Business partner for D&E, leading periodic financial reviews, providing performance insights, supporting D&E team in trade-offs, decision making and forecasting
• Owner of 1CPL (One Customer PL), Trade Dashboard etc. Responsible for partnering with MGS and Digital team to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, owner of data hierarchies, allocation rules and access governance. Lead for 1CPL projects.
• Leads overall digital agenda, responsible for continuous improvement of digital tools, identifying and executing further opportunities for digitalization, leading customer adoption and capabilities building.
• Center of Excellence for Trade and D&E Governance. Supports and guides Ice Cream team through governance processes.
• Owner of financial calendar, providing oversight, coordination and communication of key financial processes, timeline and deliverables.
• Supports internal and external audits within scope of responsibility.
• Supports projects and ad-hoc analytics & reporting
• Member of Sales Finance team, driving Engagement, Inclusivity and Hight Performance Collaboration of the team

What are we looking for?

• 4 years Bachelor's degree. Degree in Finance, Accounting, CPA, MBA preferred.
• Experience in CPG industry. Experience in Demand Finance is preferred
• Experience in Management Reporting and Analysis, New Technologies, Solutions & Digital literacy
• Strong drive for result, Tech savvy, Problem solving, Customer focus.
