Position Overview

We are seeking a curious and motived Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager with experience in both topline reporting and spend. In this individual contributor role, you'll report to the Sr Director, FP&A Product Development and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS). You will partner closely with incubation leaders including Fusion sales leadership and the general manager of Extended Reality to meet their strategic financial objectives.

What is incubation? It is a CEO-led board of cross-functional leaders, empowered to invest in adjacent products/personas. Each project is led by a GM who has business decision autonomy and presents quarterly progress to the board.

Responsibilities

• You will provide financial advice and analyses to the general manager of Extended Reality
• You will forecast all components of top-line and spend for the business unit (e.g. billings, revenue, headcount, OPEX, and COGS) and prepare variance analyses
• You will also own the 5-year topline long-range plan
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end quarterly sales commission cycle from target setting through payout in partnership with Fusion sales leadership
• Create KPIs to measure sales efficiency and effectiveness in driving business growth, while ensuring it doesn't cost too much to meet our targets
• Extended Reality is the result of an acquisition and internal investment. As the partner to the acquisition, you are the steward of unintegrated financials and will support ongoing integration needs as they arise
• Every role has its core responsibilities and the opportunity for more when ready. For example, you could support ad-hoc projects requiring cross-company collaboration to achieve the desired outcomes or you might join the FP&A employee engagement team

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA a plus
• Minimum 6 years of related finance experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience using planning and reporting software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, SAP, PowerBI) is a plus
