Finance Business Partner (R&D)

Be our CTO's trusted business partner and deliver the financial and analytical support necessary to evaluate R&D strategic initiatives and roadmap. We are looking for someone who understands the drivers of the business area and can supply actionable insights from a financial perspective. Furthermore, you will be involved in broader initiatives outside your business area, for which we will rely on your assessment.

Primary tasks:

• You will be part of the FP&A team supporting the growing organization.
• Support business units and management with financial steering and analysis.
• Participate in preparing the monthly board report.
• Improve the ongoing reporting and analysis for specific business units, along with budgeting and forecast updates for these.
• Become a trusted business partner for the management team.

Your Profile:

• We expect you to have relevant working experience as a Finance Business Controller.
• Experience with partnering with the R&D department and working with technical specialists is a big plus.
• The position requires skilled inquisition and financial skills, with key financial knowledge in accounting and forecasting.
• Practical experience in cost accounting, calculation of tariffs, and project control, as well as ERP/BI tools.
• Confident to work on your own initiative, being proactive, and communicating on different levels within the organization.
• Ability to maintain a global perspective, influence/impact, be service-oriented, and effectively organize change.
• You get excited about a workday where things are moving constantly and the implementation of structures and processes is both a necessity and a big task.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excel super user and good at modeling.
