Your Role and Responsibilities

The advancement of technologies such as cognitive computing AI fintech RPA and blockchain has greatly impacted the efficiency of banking operations and business reforms. Consequently there is a high demand for specialists who can utilize these advanced technologies to enhance customer personalization in areas such as administrative efficiency branch reform and customer contact (CX/UX). We are particularly interested in IT architects and project managers who can take on these challenges especially as we have an increasing number of global projects and welcome individuals who can lead the way.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Responsible for leading the proposal and implementation of business systems leveraging your expertise to develop opportunities and assets in Banking securities insurance and credit cards areas.
• Reviewing systemization plans based on business needs. Coordinating and aligning plans with stakeholders of overseas users systems compliance etc.
• Managing and promoting tasks for projects involving overseas members. Defining requirements designing operations and conducting testing on behalf of the client when necessary.
• Lead Global Projects. (Effective communication in English through various mediums such as email documents conference calls etc.)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong communication coordination and proposal skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers subcontractors and internal and overseas parties.
• Proficient in project and task management including issue resolution member management and reporting.
• Capable of analyzing system architectures to identify optimal solutions and resolve problems.
• General proficiency in web-based systems with a foundational understanding of IT consulting.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven expertise in fintech system development.

• Proficiency in AI and cognitive technology or blockchain development.

• Demonstrated offshore management experience.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry including banking securities insurance and credit card business.

• Excellent business-level English communication skills (reading writing and speaking).
