Job Description

• Lead the month end close process of US Subsidiary ( Expense provisions, Lease entries, Prepaid, Intercompany reconciliation ) with minimal supervision as per company’s accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare workings for inter-co expense cross charges, enabling the timely payments for inter-co outstanding, periodic reconciliation of balances, and reporting of balances in financial statements.
• Annual preparation of Standalone and Consolidated financials in accordance with IFRS for Subsidiary companies.
• Maintain review evidence, audit evidence and workings to handle audits both external, Internal (SOX) .
• Complying with corporate timelines & deliverables ( GFRT)- Analytical reviews of both P&L , Balance sheet, Notes to accounts , Leases Schedule, Intangibles schedule and other transactions.
• Review and Preparation of monthly operating expenses to understand and check for the accounting accuracy. Preparation and ensure hygiene of balance sheet line items on a periodical basis.
• Ensuring controls, compliance and adhere to IFRS & Ind AS Standards, SOX, Internal controls, and SOPs.
• Handling statutory and internal audit for standalone entity and business unit.
• Enable process automation and process simplification.

Qualifications

1. CA with 3 to 5 years with relevant experience.
