Finance Controller

What you'll do:

• As Souriau Japan Site Controller, this position is responsible for all finance & analysis activities of the said unit. This role will provide financial leadership and direction to the operations and its leadership team in the pursuit of business goals and objectives.
• Currently the position handles Finance function
• Provide financial leadership & business advisory services to ensure the site achieve its goals
• Ensure that business is meeting financial targets over both short and long-term horizons, proactively identify financial risks and develop mitigation plans
• Manage direct report, build organizational capabilities within site finance team
• Responsible for planning & analysis activities, as well as for actuals financials in compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP rules
• Responsible for internal control for the perimeter in compliance with Eaton policies & SOX expectation.

• University graduate (BA) or plus level of accounting area
• More than 5 years of financial manager ideally global manufacturing company
• Accounting(JP and US GAAP, including planning), ERP, excel
• Fluent Japanese & English
