Finance Controller

What will your responsibilities be?

• Coordinates the Profit Plan and Outlook processes. Must ensure accuracy and limited variance. 
• Maintains accurate balance sheet accounts and corresponding reconciliations.  Conducts regular reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Ensures Month end process is accurate and executed according to timeline.
• Supports P&L improvements. Identifies and supports cost improvements and program profitability activities. 
• Maintains a robust internal control environment aligned to the company Business Operating System and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Supports and coordinate all compliance, internal and external audit activities.
• Manages the development of cost standards and expense budgets to establish acceptable bases for measuring product cost, expense control and plant performance.
• Prepares and supports Capital Appropriation Requests including financial justification in accordance with company guidelines.
• Partners with the Commercial team on Pricing and Commercial issues.
• Leads Plant through implementation of new finance and accounting processes and procedures.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• University degree in Finance, Business administration, (VII degree)
• Required experience: 2+ years related experience on similar position
• Good computer skills, strong orientation on MS Excel
• Adaptation in finance applications
• SAP proficiency will be considered as plus
• Experience in any production industry
• IAS/IFRS knowledge is necessary
• Good US Gaap knowledge will be considered as plus
• English knowledge
