Job Description

As a part of Controlling team, you will manage SAP Master Data and support the team in monthly closing activities. During month-end closing you will execute project capitalization and cost allocation and will support on the solution of the errors related to the employee time management. You will maintain the documentation for the master data and month-end closing activities and create reports.

Your tasks:

• Manage SAP Master Data, ensure the correctness and availability of the master data for Business usage
• Support CO month-end closing activities
• Support project capitalization process
• Execute needed adjustments in employee time management tool
• Support CO allocation process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in controlling or finance teams
• SAP knowledge (CO, master data maintenance, reporting)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to create clear reports with the data coming from different sources
• SAP BI tool knowledge is a nice to have
• Fluency in English
• Good analytical skills
• Problem solving oriented approach
• The ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and to meet overall objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision
• Exact and diligent working attitude
