Job Description
KEY DUTIES AND Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Assist the Finance Manager & Assistant finance Manager in coordinating with the Cost Controller to maintain optimal stock levels for efficient running of departments
(SOH, Receiving)
- Assist the Finance Manager & Asst. Finance Manager in maintaining regular communication with departments on deliveries and outstanding orders.
(Freight Invoices, Combine Shipment, SFG invoices, Cross Charges, Ensuring All the invoices has been posted on weekly basis)
- Ensuring the complete care of Administration & paperwork of Finance process.
(Posting GRN, Receiving Report, Short Expiry, Raising PR and Requisition/Booking)
(Relieving Cost Controller, Management Accountant and Engineering GRN Invoices posting during on leave)
- Enforce the best practice of Finance as per the Handbook and Financial Policy of Minor hotels
