Fluidra’s seeking a Finance Director that will join our team at our CMP location in Newnan, GA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The CSS Business Unit Finance Director will be the lead finance member for the Commercial, Spa and Specialty (“CSS”) Business Unit. Reporting to the North America finance lead and to the EVP of CSS functionally, the job includes leading the CSS FP&A team to successfully support the CSS business through planning, reporting and analytics. The role will be responsible for leading planning activities and providing timely and effective business decision support to the CSS business unit. In this highly visible role on the Finance leadership team, you will:
- Lead the development of the annual Budget and recurring monthly Forecast process by partnering effectively with the CSS lead and the multiple business partners.
- Perform FP&A functions for the CSS team by providing decision support and reporting on strategic issues. This includes financial modeling, financial statement analysis, management reporting and ad hoc analysis. Will be asked to present internally finance updates and other finance related information in partnership with senior management.
- Establish close working relationships with multiple functional leaders and develop a clear understanding of their business issues and needs.
- Being a successful manager by developing the CSS FP&A team
- Demonstrate superior analytical ability coupled with the desire and ability to execute on deliverables for real world business applications.
- Drive, develop and/or improve existing management reporting - analyze financial results, communicate key messages and make recommendations to management
WHAT WE SEEK
- 10+ years previous financial analysis experience in consumer products, durable goods and/or manufacturing
- 5+ years leading and/or developing teams
- Must have significant track record of success and must also bring to this position a proven ability to guide and influence through both formal and informal leadership
- Internal and cross-functional team building, communication, training and development are essential skills. Strategic thinker, detailed operator; excellent business judgment
- Effective utilization of Microsoft Office including Excel & PowerPoint
- Expert knowledge of business intelligence tools (OBIEE, Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Oracle)
- Excellent process improvement and problem resolution skills
EDUCATION
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field
