Finance Director

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, and annual financial budgets as well as analyzed differences and controls
• Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the basic data paper of the financial report & general ledger system to ensure the accuracy of the data
• Establish financial team and improve project financial control system
• Corporate financing, project merger and acquisition, tax planning, audit and risk control,
• Experienced with business model development and model profit analysis
• Ensure that appropriate accounting and business controls are in place to protect the company's assets
• Study and analyze competitors' financial reports and market trends to provide insightful information to help the company make long-term and short-term decisions
• Support and lead ERP startup projects together with IT department of headquarters as head of finance department, supervise ERP monthly settlement
• Monthly financial settlement and reporting, ensuring B&S/P&L/ cash flow/management reports comply with IFRS GAAP, PRC GAAP requirements

       Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, master's degree is preferred
• 10 years or more experience in financial analysis and business model financial analysis (up to 5 years as manager)
• Work experience requirements: four major companies (more than 3 years) and private industry experience (more than 2 years)
• Extensive practical experience in accounting (general ledger /FP&A reporting/budget planning/project control), tax compliance and auditing
• Familiar with IFRS and local GAAP
