Provideleadership to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performancewith the goal of driving speed, quality and cost-efficiency. You will play apart and lead others in supporting the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Planand Estimate processes, as well as overseeing headcount reporting. You willalso develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, andpresentations. You lead a team that creates and analyzes weekly, monthly,quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recordedaccurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitiveenvironments and present findings to senior management.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Reporting and analysis including leading all planning and forecasting processesglobally for the business, in close cooperation with the Business Unit andFunction ISC leaders• Prepare regular business reviews for ISC's Senior Leadership Team• Operational expertise, has a feel for the performance of the business,identifies risks and opportunities, and drives the business to perform totargets• Partner with leadership and play a key role in motivating and guiding theBusiness Units and functions to deliver the Financial goals• Train new team members, develop a strong team develop bench strength• Identify improvement areas, make them visible to leaders and drive ownershipand accountability• Establish clear processes, document and train global ISC team members tounderstand new Digital tools• Work independently and collaborate effectively • Lead complex initiativesmainly in the area of digitization and simplification• Manage numerous priorities at the same time

WEVALUE: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration• 10 + years of experience in multiple areas of Finance (Supply chain, FP&A,Commercial etc.)• Extensive financial systems and reporting experience• Factory, Supply chain, Cost Accounting & Transformation experience• Experience developing forecasts and operating plans• Exceptional analytical skills and data usage (linking results to drivers)• Direct communication with clarity at all levels• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence peers, managers, and seniorleaders in the organization• Ability to build exceptional talent, coach and develop direct and indirectreports, creating succession• Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual• The ability to make consistent and timely decisions• The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues• Proficiency in Hyperion, SAP systems and Tableau visualizationAdditional Information
