We're seeking a Finance Director with experience designing frameworks, processes, and plans to deliver insights that influence critical business decisions as well as building centers of capability excellence that serve the broader team.

You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguous situations, and uses great interpersonal skills to build tight-knit relationships with a diverse set of partners across the organization. You use analytical skills to take complex financials and break them down into simplified storylines connected to investment capabilities in an impactful way.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

The Finance Director will serve as a leader of the Technology Strategic Investment Management framework. You will drive rigor, consistency, and discipline in the investments process by ensuring that approved investments enable strategic priorities, follow governance expectations and deliver value to NIKE, Inc.

You will play an important role in the investment evaluation and prioritization processes. This role has significant visibility to the leadership within Global Technology including NIKE, Inc.'s Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) and CFO. You will also matrix into other functions across NIKE, Inc., driving technology investments that enable growth in the business.

- Drive a holistic end-to-end perspective on Technology Plans and Investments;

- Establish and implement productivity frameworks and plans that create investment capacity;

- Develop models for driving financial excellence in Technology Investments and drive insightful portfolio analysis to enable the delivery of strategic objectives;

- Partner with relevant stakeholders to integrate and sequence business and technology investments against strategic priorities and intended outcomes;

- Collaborate with internal business partners regarding corporate processes (In-Year Performance Management, Long-Range Planning, Global Operations and Technology, Global Business Planning);

- Participate in Financial Reviews

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Technology Finance, Financial/Strategic Planning & Analysis, Investment Management, Management Consulting, or related fields;

- Proven track record in Financial Analysis; ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling;

- Validated leadership capabilities in leading, coaching, driving and inspiring diverse, world-class teams;

- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities;

- Experience supporting C-Suite level management;

- Strong enthusiasm and passion for the Nike brand!
