Finance Director Integration

As a Director Finance- Integration at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in shaping the future of the finance function withinHoneywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT) by leading and drivingthe integration of newly acquired businesses into the PMT finance organization.You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless integration of financialprocesses, systems, and reporting, enabling Finance and Business leaders toeffectively manage the newly acquired businesses. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to develop andexecute integration plans, drive process improvements, and deliver on keymilestones. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to theintegration team, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with strategicobjectives.

You will report directly to the PAS CFO and you'll work outof our PMT headquarters in Houston, TX on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the integrationof newly acquired businesses, driving process standardization, efficiency, andaccuracy within the finance function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and drive the integration of newly acquiredbusinesses into the HPS finance organization• Execute integration plans, ensuring seamless financialprocesses, systems, and reporting• Ensure seamless ERP implementation in the new acquiredbusiness • Collaborate with and provide finance support to otherfunctions/integration workstreams• Drive alignment with strategic objectives and deliver onkey integration milestones• Drive revenue and cost synergies generation and accuratetracking in the systems• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting andcontrols during the integration process• Monitor and track integration progress, identifying andaddressing any issues or risks

YOU MUST HAVE• 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting• Experience leading finance integration projects or projectmanagement• Experience in project accounting• Strong risk management skills

WE VALUE• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field• Strong knowledge of finance processes, systems, andreporting• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, specifically infinance integration• Excellent leadership and project management skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionalteams• Excellent communication and presentation skills
