The Director, Asset Management Strategy and Analytics will oversee and monitor/govern all analytical activity within the Fleet Services, Customer Care and Collections groups. This individual will help design, develop and recommend the appropriate strategic approaches to addressing key issues within the department. This person will also lead the implementation of data systems that drive our business to a higher level of performance and help ensure the department meets or exceeds its overall business goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Work closely with all Directors within Asset Management and across departments to build accessible and actionable data libraries and tools.Â
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Asset Management to support the strategic direction of the Department by bringing data-driven insights to all leadership decision-making processes.Â
- Provide management with regular visibility into departmental analytics to inform the business’s strategic directions and KPI’s.
- Work closely with internal departmental heads and executives to guarantee the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.Â
- Analyze large sets of data and provide reporting. Build and help automate Asset Management processes to improve accuracy and increase efficiency. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to management based on evolving business needs.
- Work with Asset Management Leadership to support, track and report on implementation of critical projects and strategic priorities.
- Provides thought leadership and is a subject matter expert in the design and recommendation of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within Asset Management and cross-functionally.
- Researches, develops, and implements processes and systems that lead to improved business performance and achievement of overall business goals.
- Promotes a culture of data-driven decision-making and consumer-focused analytics by providing clear data, analysis, insights across Asset Management and the impact for our customers.
- Supports other PosiGen leaders in making strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Builds, maintains, and improves the existing business intelligence and analytics tools across the department and cross-functionally.
- Leads the measurement framework development and collaborates with leadership to define the business KPIs.
- Drives and oversees initiatives to meet and exceed performance expectations, key metrics, and enable overall profitability of the business..Â
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business analytics, or similar field required. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years corporate finance or directly related experienceÂ
- 2+ years experience in a highly visible Corporate Finance position developing models which influence 7 figure+ business decisions
- Tax equity experience highly desirable
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Must be highly skilled in transforming data affecting business processes in order to support data governance and integrity
