Description:

The Finance Enterprise Partner will work to find solutions to challenges in our ecosystem in a multi-geography relevant way while driving the local business forward by connecting dots, influencing business decisions and highlighting key outcomes that will benefit Roche. You will be providing support in many areas by partnering with your stakeholders, from guiding and directing conversations linked to any resourcing decisions. The role will report directly to the Finance Manager (FM) working in a self-aligned team.

The Opportunity:

• Be the custodian of performance by providing an enterprise view and support the organization in resource allocation

• Deliver transparent financial insights and drive value and outcomes in the business through deep customer centered understanding of finance and business realities, supporting with fact-based decision-making

• Support customer facing teams by contributing your skills to solving their challenges

• Challenge the status quo in finance and the business in a continuous improvement effort to simplify existing processes and creating value as well as leverage technologies to be effective in driving impact to the outcome of customer and patients

• Contribute to a self-aligning team of Finance Enterprise Partners

• Perform various Finance tasks: Driving and challenging Outcomes, Provide Market and Business Insights, Create Transparency, Support Prioritization, Business Case support, Forecasting with a focus on driving patient outcomes

• To develop and maintain effective customer centered relationships across the affiliate and beyond to cultivate wide cross-functional & international networks

• Build the bridge to the outside world with the focus on driving patient outcomes being the entrepreneur with outside-in view to reveal opportunity, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation to ensure a financially sustainable business.

• Be a role model of agile ways of working across Finance and beyond.

• Embraces the business finance framework; contributes to PI outcomes and plays an active role in above country outcome squads.

• Adopt and implement outcomes from the outcome lab to realize network effects.

• Design and execute robust yet agile planning processes contributing to ambitious growth aspirations within the organization, and stop activities that do not drive outcome for customers and patients

• Externally focused as an industry advocate and analyst to surface key industry trends and acts a critical thought partner to the business teams in shaping the long-term direction of Roche and healthcare ecosystem

• Is commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and management with a deep understand of the local ecosystems and Roche products to connect dots, find opportunities and take smart risks

• Fluent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (both are mandatory)

• Bachelor degree (ideally in Finance or Economics) and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

• Finance experience or strategic insights or market access experience

• Business acumen in Pharmaceuticals is a plus.

• You have the ability to act as a visionary, architect, catalyst and coach (VACC), forming an integral part of a self-aligning team
