Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting in financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:

• Maintain general ledger accounts and process journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions.

Reconciliation:

• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate reports on account status and outstanding balances.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m.)
