•  Cross-department and entity collaboration inclusive liaise with all department, business meetings and knowledge sharing.
• Preparing invoice for all business services (Training & Engineering)
• Input journal for all incoming bank
• Input journal for all outgoing bank
• Input journal for petty cash transaction
• Input the payroll journals entries
• Check the completeness of expense claim reimbursement
• Input the Account Payable invoice recognition
• Taxation: Witholding Tax for daily and monthly reporting
• Ensure internal control is impemented in every reviewing and process all payment and finance process
• Doing A/R Management, A/P Management
• Assist in Fixed Asset Management
• Prepare the payment request list
• Prepare the Balance Sheet 
• Support with financial internal & external auditors
• Assist the Senior Financial Accountant also Finance Manager in adhoc basis.
