Your Role with Us
As a Finance Graduate, you'll play an essential role in supporting our Commercial Finance Team, balancing administrative and analytical responsibilities. Your day-to-day will include managing invoice reviews, assisting with reporting tasks, and handling corporate credit card administration. Beyond that, you'll collaborate with Finance Business Partners on forecasting, business case analysis, and management reporting. It’s a fantastic blend of routine tasks and meaningful contributions to the broader financial strategy of the business.

What you will do:

Administrative Duties:

• Invoice Review & Approval:
  Process invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  Resolve discrepancies by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Invoice Review & Approval:
  Prepare and reconcile financial reports in NetSuite and Excel.
  Support month-end and year-end reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.

• Corporate Credit Card Program (Prospend):
  Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuing cards and monitoring usage.
  Process and review statements, ensuring timely payments and compliance with policies.

Financial Support:

• Business Case Analysis:
  Assist Finance Business Partners in evaluating business cases, providing insights to support decisions.
• Forecasting:
  Help prepare financial forecasts, analyze variances, and assist in budget planning.
• Management Reporting:
  Deliver management reports, offering insights into financial performance and helping improve reporting processes.

What you will bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn financial systems like NetSuite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Bachelors in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with accounting systems like NetSuite.
• Experience or internships related to finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting and forecasting concepts.orts & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
