Finance Intern

Are you a student interested in building real-world finance & treasury experience? Our Finance Operations team is looking for a Finance Intern to join us for 15-20 hours a week for the Spring 2023 semester (potential to extend into summer based on business needs).

This position is based in Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities:

· This role will report to our Accounting Manager

· Assist in ensuring merchants are funded accurately and timely

· Reconcile merchant balances and provide support teams with analyses as requested

· Perform various treasury duties such as bank account management, daily reviews of incoming/outgoing bank transactions and working with bank contacts to resolve banking matters

· Perform other accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as required from time to time

· Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed

· Perform various accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required

Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled in an Accounting/Finance program (or related field) - Minimum 2 years of experience in related coursework

· Skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets

· Eagerness to learn

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
