Finance Intern - GTM Business Partner

The Team:
The GTM Finance Business Partner organization is a critical team within Celonis. The team operates in a highly visible environment to executive leadership and is a key player in setting Celonis's strategic & financial objectives. The goals of the business partnering include:

• Guiding executive partners to achieve their operational & financial objectives
• Providing objective, data-driven insights that assist in strategic decision making
• Build KPI Frameworks that measure business performance
• Drive the overall financial success of Celonis

The Role:
Celonis has experienced rapid year on year growth over the past three years and is at a critical point in it's overall journey. This role has the unique opportunity to contribute to Celonis's FY24 growth

• Analyze large data sets & present findings to finance & business partner senior leadership
• Build operational tools that help drive the business to their financial & strategic goals
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Services, and Corporate FP&A teams
• Drive relentless automation of financial assets to ensure timely & accurate reporting

The work you'll do:

• Our Finance Intern will have the opportunity to learn several systems, including Celonis Software, Salesforce, Financial Force, Workday, Anaplan, Google Suite, Excel, and SQL
• Driving further automation and insights into the services business
• Guiding the CMO & SVP of DemGen on KPI frameworks & budgetary decisions
• Building new financial assets that will assist in strategic decision making
• Working with finance team members improve finance processes & procedures

The qualifications you need:

• Senior level undergraduate degree
• Analytical mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self driven
