Johnson Controls invites you to apply for an internship located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This internship is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives.

This is an onsite position located in Milwaukee, WI starting immediately through May 2023.

How you will do it:

• Support the planning of the annual enterprise strategy process, tools and deliverables
• Conduct market assessments and craft business investment proposals
• Research and create key strategy KPI's to compare competitors
• Support the evolution of the sustainability and digitalization strategy
• Analyze global impact of potential recession as well as impact of decoupling
• Implement process for quarterly competitor strategy update

What we look for

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum level of education: Senior Year (May 2023 graduates) working toward bachelor's degree - Economics, Finance, Accounting. Preferably enrolled in MBA - Masters in Finance and/or Accounting located in the Milwaukee, WI area.
• Able to able to conduct research on various topics, markets, and products
• Strong in synthesizing impactful assessments and recommendations - good storyteller
• High degree of business curiosity; quick learner and able to handle ambiguity and urgent requests
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations. Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau or similar is a plus
• Team player and the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment with multi-cultural and global team
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding he/she from receiving the vaccine.
