Finance Intern (Summer 2024)

Position Summary

Swank is seeking a Finance Intern to join our Accounts Receivable team based St. Louis, MO. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, value accuracy in dealing with numbers and pay high attention to detail. Additionally, the candidate should have an aptitude to prioritize and multi-task, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Process all invoices for all assigned accounts/sales
• Reconcile and apply customer payments for assigned accounts including lockbox and credit card receipts
• Assist with credit card processing including decline cards or invalid cards, prepayments, applications and charge backs

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize

Educational Requirements

• Perusing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
