Our 12 weeks long Bunge Summer Internship program provides:
A developmental experience through structured learning goals, combining soft skills training, hands-on projects, and Bunge knowledge.
Comprehensive understanding of our business through assignments with specific goals and deliverables.
Networking opportunities with our leaders through Lunch and Learn Series.
This role targets an internship candidate who is excited to work in high paced environment, working directly as part of the Corporate FP&A team. The candidate will support the financial planning and performance management activities of the firm to drive performance optimization including supporting the quarterly earnings press release cycle and associated quarterly and monthly internal reporting cycles. In additional to contributing to ongoing team projects, the role will also own and complete an individual project that will allow the application of finance and business theory to a real business challenge.
Focus Area Overview
This internship role will be focused on Finance.
You could have the opportunity to work on Controlling, Global Internal Audit, Treasury and FP&A, Finance Business Partner, Tax, among other financial areas.
Education
Undergraduate Candidate• Strong Academics record from an accredited university
Graduate Candidate• MBA/MS or Finance MBA/MS required from an accredited university• Numerically oriented undergraduate degree preferred
Skills/ Experience Requirements• Consistent verbal, written and listening communication skills• High level of curiosity to learn and adapt• Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Collaborative, results oriented and ability to work across teams independently, maintaining objectivity and delivering results• Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)• Ability to think critically, creatively, and identify / explore alternatives• Strong communication skills: ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner• Intellectually curious• Collaborate and work in a dynamic team environment, including with employees outside the assigned home office
