What We're Looking For:

A reliable Finance Lead who will assist in maintaining various financial tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Management : Collect organize and maintain financial data including invoices receipts and expenses.

• Expense Tracking : Monitor expenses ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

• Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions reconciling accounts and generating financial reports.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the finance department.

• Team Management: Oversee our Accounting Admin VAs

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BA or BS in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (optional but not required)

• 3-5 years managerial experience

• Proficiency in financial software and tools QuickBooks online Excel or Google Sheets and financial management systems.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills understanding of the business process and systems optimization

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.

• Ramp and Stripe knowledge optional but highly desirable

Job Details:

• Full-time status (40 hours per week)

• Able to work during US Eastern time zone

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate of $6.00-$8.00 USD (depending on experience)
