As a Finance Lead, you will join our growing Strategic Analysis team that is focused on partnering with executives across Capital Group. Every day, you will lead and participate in projects that provide insight and deep financial analysis to our business partners, driving both corporate and business unit strategy. You will proactively analyze a wide range of perspectives and financial trends to guide business decisions about the future of the company. To thrive in this role, you have worked at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, in-house strategy team, or a strategic finance team and have a proven track record of synthesizing findings into client-ready materials for executive audiences. You are comfortable developing complex financial models to solve our business partners' most pressing challenges.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
