As our Finance Lead, you'll facilitate and contribute to projects that provide financial analysis and ad-hoc business support to various management committees. You will play a key role in how we make important decisions about the financial future of our company. You're a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging.

Working with a variety of stakeholders, you'll guide business solutions by proactively considering a wide range of perspectives and financial trends. Every day, you'll work with departments across Capital Group to create timely and accurate financial assessments. To thrive in this role, you've worked independently on building complex financial models leveraging business assumptions and are comfortable generating predictive and prescriptive analyses. You are an open listener who is sensitive to diverse voices within team settings.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $88,022-$140,835

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
