Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder workshops to understand, document, and validate current end‑to‑end process flows.
  • Identify opportunities to implement best‑in‑class finance policies and processes.
  • Partner with Product Owners and scrum teams to define and validate system features, user stories, and testing acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain an end‑to‑end process vision, ensuring cohesive integration across process, data, technology, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead the plant deployment finance squad to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of solutions and migration activities.
  • Verify and validate user story requirements and solutions during demos and daily stand‑ups.
  • Participate in feature integration testing to ensure solutions meet defined business objectives.
  • Create training guides and test cases for UAT and Day‑in‑the‑Life testing for NAM/GSC Finance & Accounting teams.
  • Identify transformation needs to support new processes and create change‑management documentation.
  • Serve as the first responder during releases for Finance topics, ensuring enhancements align with business requirements.


Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years Finance experience supporting Distribution Centers and/or Manufacturing operations with strong exposure to P&L, cost centers, inventory valuation, and operational finance.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on SAP experience (FICO/CO), including cost center accounting, product costing, variance analysis, month‑end close, and finance-supply chain integration.
  • Strong Business Analyst competencies: requirements gathering, process mapping (As‑Is/To‑Be), gap analysis, UAT, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to translate operational data into actionable financial insights and influence plant/DC leadership.
  • Experience in complex, global business environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in data‑driven and system‑heavy environments.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • High level of accountability, independence, and leadership with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills with sound judgment in escalation and risk communication.
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, collaboration, and persistence in driving outcomes.


Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience working with SAP back‑office accounting (Project Systems experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, metrics, and operational workflows (experience with Schneider Electric Finance processes is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% for planning, testing, and go‑live support.
