Finance Lead - Eton Digital

We are looking for a highly motivated employee for the position of a Finance Lead that offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organisation that is shifting productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Finance Assistant, enhancing and optimising financial processes.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Provide proactive financial advisory and insights to management on budget allocation and strategic planning, including timely recommendations and alerts for C-level executives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts and invoicing, ensuring financial compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, with a proven track record in budgeting, financial planning, and process improvement.
• Experience in communicating effectively with clients and external partners.
• A strategic approach to advising management on financial matters and supporting decision-making.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
