Finance Manager
We are currently seeking a Finance Manager for our multi-client Work Dynamics hub in Pittsburgh, PA. Working as a part of our collaborative Pittsburgh hub team, our Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning & reporting for several client accounts and serves as the key finance contact with the assigned JLL on-account client teams.

What this job involves:

• Demonstrate a high level of client service with account leadership and the Finance team.
• Oversee the client billing processes to ensure proper fee calculation, invoicing, and recognition of costs.
• Manage the period-end client closing activities to ensure integrity and accuracy of the client-facing financial reports.
• Provide leadership for the annual budget and periodic forecast processes.
• Issue monthly financial packages and performance metrics to appropriate JLL account team and client personnel.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to key procedures and processes.
• Maintain a working knowledge of and compliance with the client Master Services Agreements (MSA's).
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain all necessary accounting controls within the framework of JLL policies and procedures.
• Manage the JLL corporate accounting requirements including monitoring the JLL client-specific income statement, periodic budgeting, and monitoring of corporate receivables.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, and JLL internal review standards.
• Manage the development and workload of assigned Finance team staff.
• Facilitate projects and other functions as required by manager or client.

Desired qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Management/supervisory experience preferred
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Strong accounting skills
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with enterprise-class general ledger systems is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
• Understanding of and commitment to client service
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
