Nike Finance employees play a key role in that progress by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive value for every Nike shareholder. They manage accounting and reporting for Nike's multi-billion-dollar global investment portfolio, debt and equity instruments, and other Treasury activities. They strategize, forecast, audit, analyze, budget, research and lead important decisions. Across Nike's diverse geographies and businesses, Finance employees deliver far more than just the numbers.

NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, Oregon. Serve as part of the commercial leadership team responsible for managing the portfolio of North America Marketplace Partners. Support critical initiatives & decision making with financial analysis. Help drive Nike's transformation in how it builds strategic financial plans, allocates resources, and measures returns on the full funnel effectiveness of sales and marketing investments. Lead long-range and in-year planning cycles from CSR through budget and monthly revenue forecasts. Drive strategic and business planning processes for account teams from a financial perspective, integrating cross-functional strategies and goals. Lead cross-functional effort to optimize profitability, driving fact-based recommendations and executing high impact opportunities to deliver sustained, mutually profitable growth. Build & leverage a holistic understanding of partner & Nike profitability. Perform ad hoc analyses and support new business models. Standardize and improve business reporting processes. Share best practices that drive sustainable improvements & actionable results. Drive innovation focused on streamlining processes and setting the future vision of tool requirements critical to our success. Assist in the development and execution of new financial planning and analysis tools and systems necessary to facilitate on demand modeling, forecasting and planning. Knowledge of Nike products, consumer trends, retail, inventory management, supply chain and the impact of pricing changes on business & financial performance. Partner with functional business leaders as well as finance leadership.

Applicant must have a Master's degree in Finance or Management and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Financial analysis, including planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • SAP COPA report design and execution.
  • Trade terms profitability analysis.
  • Long range strategic and financial planning.
  • Risk analysis.
  • IBP TM1 forecast tool capability.
  • Business strategy development.
  • Wholesale distribution models.
  • Retail economics and mathematics.
  • Data visualization.
