Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic person to join our Finance team as a Finance Manager. The holder of this position will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date accounting records and managing key stakeholders. Ensure the ledger accurately reflects the position of the firm through the responsibility of closing the accounting records, responsibility for general ledger reconciliations; ensuring tax compliance on indirect and direct taxes, responsible for liaisons with the revenue authorities, oversight of statutory and tax audits, ensuring accounting policies, standards and procedures are adhered to. The role holder will work closely in liaison with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth delivery of all Finance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
• Fully conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards
