The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Finance Team and report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Â The ideal candidate will be a self driven and operationally oriented professional with proven ability to work closely with senior leadership to meet strategic goals.Â
Some responsibilities include:
- Develop trusted finance business partner relationship with Go to Market team to provide insight and strategic decision support to senior leadership team
- Manage Annual Operating Plan process and quarterly board reporting
- Analyze financial results, distill key trends, assess current and future business risk, and communicate key messages to senior management to drive decision making
- Coordinate budget development; partner with department heads in preparing, implementing and controlling expenditures
- Assist in development of team members and process improvement
- Experience in forecasting top line revenue in a SaaS businessÂ
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- 2+ years Managing an FP&A team, 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience with SaaS or software subscription business models
- Demonstrated ability creating financial models that deliver accurate forecasts and assist in understanding key KPI trends
- Experience in managing team members and assisting in their growth and development
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts
- Ability to perform in a highly demanding and unstructured environment while consistently adhering to deadlines
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to consider and understand cross-functional implications
- Must be capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, especially within the Go to Market teams
- Self-driven with the ability to succeed in a remote work environment
- Experience working in financial planning tool, NetSuite, FinancialForce & Salesforce
- Experience in conducting ROI analysis for feature additions to assist in roadmap development
- Able to learn systems and process and provide perspective on potential business improvements within a short period of time
- Experience in pricing strategy and unit economics to provide detailed customer and product level margin analysis
- Proven record of synthesizing large amounts of structured and unstructured data into easy-to-understand insightsÂ
This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.
The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000 with a 15% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
