What will you do
You will be responsible for performing analyses to support and measure financial results. Consolidate and analyze quarterly forecasts and financial plans, analyze monthly financial results and establish & measure key financial targets. Performs competitive analyses, researches industry trends and develops recommendations for cash management.
How will you do it
- Assist with the consolidating of the monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and annual financial plan.
- Consolidating and assessing the accuracy of the balance sheet and key statistical accounts.
- Analyzing changes in trade working capital and the cash flow statement by documenting the corresponding key drivers.
- Preparation of financial bridges and other financial schedules.
- Drive compliance adherence to U.S. GAAP and accuracy in financial statements.
- Drive change management across functions to ensure smooth and efficient processes and accurate reporting.
- Organizing annual plan timeline and files.
- Build and maintain working files through OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and consolidate quarterly reporting packages as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of various presentations for Global Products' executives.
- Participate in flash reviews, outlook reviews, quarterly finance meetings, etc.
- Provide monthly support for various groups / business partners outside of the FP&A team, such as corporate FP&A, controllership, audit, PBUs, and other Corporate functions.
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Background in financial planning and analysis, minimum seven years of experience.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities.
- Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas, in particular, knowledge of OneStream and strong Excel skills.
Preferred
- Masters in Finance or Accounting or CPA/CMA.
- People management experience.
