Finance Manager

This position reports directly to the CFO of the US region and is responsible for providing financial analysis, developing, and maintaining a documented system of financial processes, and preparing accurate and timely financial reports.

As the Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the Finance Team who ensures they are able to sustainably support their mission and working closely with the CFO and Controller to handle everything under the finance umbrella!

Would you like to...

• Prepare regular financial management reports for internal and external use
• Provide accounting direction and analytical support to business leaders. Enabling them to understanding the financial performance of their portfolio or department
• Supports and provides financial expertise to the CFO during the annual budget and interim forecasting process. Manages workflow, timelines and analytical review of all budget and forecast data
• Lead the financial change management, process improvement and system integration charter for the US region
• Monthly calculation and analysis of various financial metrics and operational KPIs
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Monitor and maintain financial control procedures
• Manages and provides necessary support to financial audits including internal audits, external audits and peer reviews
• Excel at relationship building/stakeholder management - be hands-on, team-oriented, energetic, and dynamic leader who regularly interacts with other functions to provide support and analysis 
• Be process minded - know how to build processes and execute
• Have outstanding communication skills - both written and oral
• Have effective presentation and analytical skills
• Leads by example - uphold, interpret, and apply company values, policies and procedures

We would like you to have...

• 8+ years of work experience in finance function
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field; MBA, CPA, or other certifications a plus
• Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous industrial experience required
• Computer skills adequate to develop a strong working knowledge of the company's ERP system (Salesforce, Quickbook and Mavenlink)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range: $120,000-$125,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
