• 3HORIZONS: A consulting firm specialized in delivering strategy projects using the SiA Platform.
• SiA LABS: Our research and development wing, responsible for all software development and maintenance of the SiA Platform.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Torino.

Job Description

• Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of Strategy in Action, 3HORIZONS, SiA LABS, and our Cyprus office.
• Monthly Management Accounts: Produce comprehensive monthly management accounts to provide insight into the financial performance of each company.
• Performance Supervision: Monitor the performance of all companies using both lag and lead indicators to ensure financial health and strategic alignment.
• Cost Management: Manage and oversee procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and financial prudence.
• Financial Models and Forecasting: Develop financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Financial Processes: Implement and own financial processes, including cash management, reporting, accounting, cash collection, and preparation of annual accounts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and the leadership team to support strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of work experience in a reputable accounting firm and/or a similar role in a fast-growing SaaS company. International experience, particularly in the UK, is highly preferred.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of accounting and finance processes and systems, including Xero (UK) and Teamsystem (Italy).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of national and international (UK and Italy) accounting and fiscal principles and regulations.
