Finance Manager

Bitcoin Depot is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager who is passionate about driving finance strategy and business impact to partner with our rapidly growing business. This role will have high levels of exposure to key stakeholders within the company, and we are looking for an individual that has a drive to learn and grow this role as the company scales. This is a full time role located in our Atlanta office with the capability to be fully-remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting process for the company
• Own relationship with cross-functional leaders to monitor department budgets and asses their variance to forecasts
• Manage the preparation of senior management financial reviews, including creation of presentation materials and commentary
• Manage and expand our current reporting suite for executive team and key stakeholders
• Support strategic business initiatives - assess and report their impact vs. expectations 
• Improve upon existing business processes that touch finance and business intelligence
• Own the process of re-allocating underperforming physical capital across the company with key cross-functional partners

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 or more years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a position of managing reporting suites and working with cross-functional partners
• Experience leading financial planning and forecasting process, specifically working with cross-functional teams to derive accurate financial projections
• Strong capability working with Microsoft Excel in a financial capacity, preferably around building out reporting
• Experience automating and creating cadenced reporting, specifically for director level end-users and above
• Strong capability and comfortability working well without explicit direction and oversight from managers, and ability to drive improvement without instruction
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience managing direct reports is a plus, but not required
• Any experience with Tableau is a plus, but not required
