Job Summary

Leads teams responsible for pricing and offer analytics for Central Division (12-state footprint in Southeastern and Eastern Midwest United States). Provides financial and operational analysis to leadership in support of business decision-making, accurate forecast, and budgeting, looking for risks and opportunities. Supplies strategy development through collaboration with marketing and finance partners.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Finance and Marketing to strategize promotions also offers are competitive as well as fiscally responsible.
• Partners with senior management to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year.
• Trains, supervises, and develops Finance staff of 3 Financial Analysts.
• Analyzes financial and operations data/performance metrics, communicates findings as well as risks; making suggestions to improve processes.
• Supports business management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures as well as continually implements also reviews them for consistency.
• Leads the day-to-day performance of Finance team and makes suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Working experience in SQL (e.g. data extraction and manipulation).
• Exposure to Python or R is a plus.
